Putrajaya Perdana Berhad (PPB) is one of Malaysia’s top construction, property development and concession groups. Since our incorporation in 1998, PPB has successfully delivered distinctive and large scale projects on a turnkey, design and build basis. We are also one of the first to incorporate energy efficiency, green and sustainability features in the buildings we construct, making us, one of Malaysia’s most innovative and reliable construction groups.
PPB’s core activities are in green buildings, construction, property development and concession businesses. We built a wide range of buildings and landmarks. These include high-rise office and residential buildings, commercial and retail outlets, government offices, townships, and infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, utility service tunnels and monorail tunnels, among others.
Our construction subsidiary, Putra Perdana Construction (PPC) had in the last 30 years, gone on to build some of Putrajaya’s (Federal Government Administration Centre) government complexes, offices and high-end residential units as well as undertaken several distinguished projects in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre such as the Pavillion KL, KL Eco City, Serai in Bangsar, Arcadia at Desa Park City and etc.
Our property development division, Putra Perdana Development (PPD) has to date built and handed over 1,000 units of residential properties ranging from government apartments, semi-detached houses, super-link houses, townhouses and government bungalows.
We have also made a mark as a pioneer in the construction of green buildings in Malaysia as we firmly believe in being responsible for the sustainability of our future generations. Our landmark projects such as the Low Energy Office ("LEO") Building for the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water, the Green Energy Office Building ("GEO") for National Green Energy Centre and the Diamond Building for the Energy Commission have received recognition from reputable green building rating system in the world such as LEED from US and the Greenmark seal from Singapore.
Our efforts in driving green and sustainability projects have also put us in good stead locally and regionally having won the MCIEA (Malaysian Construction Industry Excellence Awards) 2010 in the Contractor Awards Grade G7 and Special Award for Innovation Category for Energy Commission's Diamond Building and the 2006 ASEAN Energy Efficiency and Conservation Best Practices for Energy Efficient Building Award for the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water’s LEO building.
