In recognition of our capability and reputation for the successful delivery of the 35-Storey MARC Service Residence (Service Suites) at Jalan Pinang, Kuala Lumpur, with a contract value of RM 184.7 million and completed in June 2007, our Client, Best Boulevard Sdn Bhd (formerly operating under Beverly Tower Development Sdn Bhd ) has awarded this prestigious 28 Boulevard project to PPC to build four service residence towers and a plaza that faces the Lakefront Boulevard for a contract sum of RM370 million.
The uniquely designed 5-star project consists of two blocks of 33-storey service apartments (total 636 units) and two blocks of 33-storey SOHO apartments (total 1,284 units).
PPC is also responsible for the main building works of its 11-storey car park and a mezzanine podium, a recreational and business service space as well as the 2-storey state-of-the art Lakefront Boulevard restaurant/cafe.
