The construction of the commercial green building on Lot 2C2, marks the first of its kind in the main commercial boulevard of Precinct 2 in Putrajaya and underscores the city’s status as a pioneer of green technology.

Comprising two 4-storey courtyard buildings surmounted by a tower building of 8 additional storeys, Menara PjH aims to provide a conducive working environment via its energy efficient emphasis and environmentally sustainable design. It has been designed to achieve the Gold rating under Malaysia’s GBI
