Breezeway Garden Condominium & Parkhomes

The Breezeway is a mixed residential development comprising park homes (terrace houses) and condominiums, located in Desa Parkcity.
For this project, PPC is to execute and complete the construction of the superstructure works and subsequently the construction of the park homes and condominiums which are located near to SouthLake, Nadia and Safa of Desa Parkcity.
The 25-storey condominium consists of 139 units of apartments and Parkhomes consists of 28 units of 3½-storey terrace houses and 48 units of 3-storey terrace houses.
This development also comes with a 5-storey car park facility.
