Putra Perdana Construction Sdn Bhd has been tasked to build 4-storey block of 59 shop offices and 34-storey serviced apartments at Southkey Mosaics development area in Johor Bahru.

Awarded by Selia Pantai Sdn Bhd, the 34-storey serviced apartments consist of 27-storey of two serviced apartment towers, 5-storey car park areas, recreation facilities and lobby.
