In mid-2010, PPC was awarded the construction of the Intermark Retail Podium and Integra Tower featuring innovative, high-performance builing systems that reduce energy and water consumption as wlel as lend ot an improved indoor environmental quality.

The 39-storey tower in particular boasts sustainable design features in accordance with the internationally –recognise Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (“LEED”) green building certification system.

The Integra Tower has attained Platinum LEED pre-certification with 30% energy savings, 40% more water-efficient features and CO2 emissions reduction amounting to 4,000 tonnes.
