Putra Perdana Construction Sdn Bhd (PPC) was appointed by Trinity Group Sdn Bhd (“Trinity Group”) to build the prestigious The Z Residence at Bukit Jalil. A signing ceremony was held on 14 February 2012 at Trinity’s headquarters at The Zest, Kuala Lumpur to formalize this appointment.

The RM220 million luxury high-rise condominium project is located at Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur – a perfect hideaway from the hustle and stress of city living. Designed by an award winning landscape architect, The Z Residence comprises of four blocks of 26 and 27 storey towers and provides residents with exclusive features such as a floating garden, an infinity pool and sky lounges atop every condominium tower. It is also built based on the concept of healthy city living with an unprecedented 50% of the entire project is devoted to the existing surrounding trees and other greeneries.

Dato’ Neoh Soo Keat, Managing Director of Trinity Group commented that PPC’s competency in construction and high standards of quality work plus proven capabilities in undertaking fast-track projects had won PPC this job.

The project is expected to be completed in June 2014.
